This program is designed to
assist parents in developing a business that can be handed over to a child as a
"Legacy."
Parent and young adult children under the age of 18
partner to start a business that is turned over to the young adult
at age 18. Parents may already have a business in mind, however this
program offers an array of sales and marketing micro-businesses from
which to chose.
Parent and student take a curriculum of
on-line courses that provide basic
business management skills, including business structure; marketing
know-how; and team-building. Podcasts, teleconferences, and
individual consultations are available to assist with the business
development process. Additionally, area experts mentor
the business development process.
This program is also available to
adults without children.
Average time to complete this program: 40
hours.
Instructor-led classes may be arranged on an individual basis.
